Thomas:

Keep an eye on the weather and if it looks like rain get the wets together and get ready to go out in wet weather gear.

James:

Call on tyres at 30mins was a close one, but I think the fact I was going slower was down to me more than anything else. I was still able to get below 38 if I tried hard. And best lap was after 45mins.....................so???

Thomas:

I agree the kart was going v. well. We will leave well alone. I have tried horse liniment for the neck. Please keep an eye out for me me at 40mins....probably OK for 52. If not we could re-jig with you doing 52 and me doing 40. Assuming you are OK that is. For the time being we keep on the 52s and will wait for you to signal me in in the last session at approx 30mins, or leave me out if rain is imminent.

James:

Blimey this is tough!!! Those two extra minutes in the last stint almost killed me. But we've just got to keep going and we'll be OK. Yes all above is OK by me...err..except that don't I start the last session at 17:12 and you need to bring me in at 17:36 for the final swap to you? Or has my brain died and gone to heaven? We could divide the last 4 stints into equal parts? 37mins?

Thomas:

Yes good idea. Any problems and we can shrink it to 30mins

James:

I am surviving out there, but only just..............

Thomas:

I'm the same, so get...........~@#####! (end of sentence lost in ambient noise)

James:

I'm only managing 42/43 sec laps and even then I'm throwing up every five. I'm happy to go on at this rate, but don't hesitate to bring me in if you want to go faster!
